Will the residents ever have to leave the facility when the Alzheimer's disease progresses to the final stages?
A*Advantage Home Care, Inc. is dedicated to taking care of all of our residents through the final stages of the disease. With our hospice waiver in place, we are allowed to keep most residents until they pass on. We work closely with our local home health agencies and other support services to provide the care needed for our residents so that they may live out their days in their "home" which is a comfortable and familiar surrounding. The only time that we would have to move a resident would be if they developed a prohibited health condition which is not allowed by licensing regulations. If that should happen, we will assist in a relocation plan.
